Pete is trying to kill me and other work issues
I went for a jog last night, and averaged a good 2km an hour faster than I normally do. That’s Pete’s fault, I think he was trying to kill me for asking him to come in early yesterday LOL. He said he sped up a couple of times to see if I would notice. To add insult to injury, after trying to kill me up and down the beachfront he went home and ran another 7km. It’s just not cricket!
I had another junior candidate come in for a trial today. Things seem to have gone well and *gasp* I’m about to become an employer! It’s pretty scary, but also exciting so we’re heading out to celebrate tonight.
We’ve also found a FANTASTIC CSS guru in Perth, who writes the nicest code. So bring on the web projects baby!!!! I think Phil wants to marry him because he doesn’t have to stay up until midnight trying to figure out some Microsoft hack or other.

Awesome and congrats! But surely I still hold honours as one of the first real employees.
Or was I a “consultant”? LOL!
If you ever need more local web design, let me know, I know two of the loveliest and most accomplished web designers ever. In fact there’s a possibility you may even have met them at one of my final “pre-move” parties. But who knows, if I recall I was a little enebriated at the time.
