Bowing to peer pressure

Had a reasonably productive work day today, despite the fact I feel like someone has done an autopsy on me (©Andy).

Did 10 man-pushups and some situps, which earns me the right to eat frozen pizza for tea methinks!!

I rode 200km on Sunday and now I’ve got a cold. Should have known I wasn’t up to the task since I didn’t train, oops!
